Composition: 1 capsule contains the following extracts:

Humulus lupulus cone – 100 mg,

Lavandula angustifolia flowers – 50 mg,

Valeriana officinalis root – 40 mg;

Excipients: microcrystalline cellulose bulking agent; pregelatinized starch, povidone K30 stabilizers; colloidal silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate anticaking agents; crospovidone bulking agent; Capsule: gelatine, purified water, titanium dioxide, povidone, sodium lauryl sulphate, bronopol.

Characteristics of ingredients.

The fruits of common hop (Humulus lupulus) contain alpha and beta acids, essential oil and flavonoids, which have a sedative effect, help to relieve symptoms of mild stress and improve the process of falling asleep.

Due to essential oil and flavonoids, lavender flowers (Lavandula angustifolia) are used to relieve anxiety, have a sedative effect and help relieve nervous tension.

The rhizomes and roots of valerian (Valeriana officinalis) contain essential oil, which includes monoterpenes, isovaleric acid, camphene and valerianol. The complex of these substances has sedative and anti-anxiety properties. It helps to relieve mild nervous tension and stress, and has a beneficial effect on the process of falling asleep and sleep quality.

Recommendations for use:  the product can be recommended as a source of biologically active substances of plant origin that reduce nervous tension and have a beneficial effect on the process of falling asleep and sleep quality.

It is recommended to consult your doctor before use.

Contraindications: the product is not recommended for children under 12 years of age, pregnant and lactating women and people with individual hypersensitivity to the components.

Warnings: do not exceed the recommended daily dose (serving). The product is not a substitute for a balanced diet.

Method of administration: adults and children over 12 years of age should take 2 capsules 3 times a day to reduce the manifestations of nervous excitement; in case of sleep disturbance it is recommended to take 1 to 2 capsules 1 to 1.5 hours before bedtime or as per doctor’s prescription.

Duration of use: 2-4 weeks. The further period of use and possibility of repeated courses of treatment should be discussed with your doctor.

Storage conditions: store at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C in the original manufacturer’s packaging.

Keep out of reach of children.

Release form: 10 capsules in a blister, 2 blisters in a carton.

Each capsule weight: 446 mg (mg) ± 5%.

Shelf life: 3 years from the date of manufacture.

It is not a medicinal preparation. Does not contain GMO.
